Drogheda United have confirmed that defender Andrew Quinn has signed a new contract extension, keeping him at the club until the end of the 2026 season.

The 23-year-old first joined Drogheda in 2022, making 32 appearances before a spell with Shelbourne, returning to United in 2024.

Quinn enjoyed an outstanding 2025 campaign, being named the Drogheda United Supporters’ Player of the Year and making 39 appearances throughout the season. His performances brought his total number of games in claret and blue to 107.

He also found the net twice in the FAI Cup, earning the club’s Goal of the Season award for his spectacular acrobatic strike against Shamrock Rovers.
