Sonairte’s student art exhibition to coincide with COP26

As world leaders meet at the COP26 conference in Glasgow to seek a solution to global warming and climate change, an exhibition at Sonairte, the National Ecology Centre in Laytown has attracted over 400 entries from school children in Louth, Meath and Fingal.

Sonairte invited students, primary and post primary, to submit an art work to reflect their hopes and fears around the current climate crisis and COP26 outcomes and they were inundated with entries.

Their work will form the basis of an exhibition at Sonairte which will take place on Sunday 7th November 10:00 to 5:00and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12th, 13th & 14th November 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
