Louth County Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to select membership of the Louth
Local Community Safety Partnership (LCSP), An assessment committee will be formed to
assess all applications and to identify suitable members.
The LCSP is being established in line with the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act
2024.
The Partnership is a collaborative initiative that brings together community members,
local councillors, statutory services, and the community and voluntary sector to improve
safety and wellbeing across the county.
Membership of the Louth Community Safety Partnership will be configured to give the
broadest representations across sectoral interests, demographic and community interests in
Co Louth, to achieve the best community safety outcomes.
The Partnership will include the following representation:
- Resident Representatives
- Youth Representative (Aged 18-25)
- Voluntary Sector Representative involved in community/social projects
