Notice is hereby given by Louth County Council of their intention to review Discharge Licence No. 65-2 as held by Major Ventures Ltd for the discharge of effluent to surface waters (Castletown) from a premises located at Carnbeg, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
All relevant documentation relating to the licence review is available for inspection at the Environment Section, Louth County Council, Millennium Centre, Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Representations relating to the licence review may be made in writing to the local authority within one month from today’s date.
