Ace AC held a fundraising 12 hour run on Saturday at St Oliver’s Community College in Drogheda. Ace AC members young and old kept a run going for a full 12 hours kicking off at 7am.
The day was an enormous success and the club would like to thank everybody who took part in the run or turned up to support it, along with the sponsors on the day, who were Angela Kearney Dentist, Lilywho LAB DIAMONDS, The Faulkner & Russell Families, TMS Services, Flogas, Clarke & Company Accountants, Kuppa Koffee Tea Rooms, Briscoes, Tirlan, Osbourne Recruitment, & Kids Klubs,
Meanwhile on Sunday in the St Colmcilles Gaa 5K colour fun run, Ace AC had a clean sweep securing all 3 top positions. Niall Murray won Gold and a pair of trainers signed by the great Usain Bolt.
He was followed by Eoin O’Grainne in second place and Daniel Hanley not far behind in third. Chloe Hanley and Isabella Garcia also ran in the race.
