Sisters Turn Passion for Wellness and Creativity into Rock & Soul Sisters

For sisters Rebecca and Sophia, wellness has always meant more than exercise or mindfulness. It’s about connection, creativity, and community. That belief inspired them to launch Rock & Soul Sisters, an events company that brings people together through workshops blending meditation, coaching, and hands-on craft.

“We’re not just sisters; we’re best friends,” they say. “Even though our careers took different directions, we always shared a love for creativity and wellness. Rock & Soul Sisters grew from that — a space where people can pause, reconnect, and create.”

Their workshops follow a unique flow: a short meditation to centre participants, a coaching-led worksheet for reflection, and then a creative activity accessible to all skill levels. “It’s less about producing a perfect masterpiece and more about enjoying the process, unlocking self-discovery, and leaving with something meaningful to take home.”

A Sisterly Partnership

Rebecca brings over two decades of leadership experience in financial services, with a focus on coaching and wellbeing facilitation. Sophia spent ten years in California managing projects for creative and branding agencies before returning to Ireland to specialise in eLearning. Their combined backgrounds — coaching, creativity, and project management — shaped a business that’s as structured as it is soulful.

More Than Just a Workshop

Rock & Soul Sisters sessions have already built a warm, supportive community in Drogheda, Duleek, and beyond. “The most rewarding thing has been seeing strangers walk in alone and leave as friends,” they say. “People often tell us they look forward to our workshops as a chance to pause and invest in themselves.”

The atmosphere is deliberately relaxed and welcoming. No artistic experience is required. “The creative side is a gateway to wellness — it’s about being present and having fun. Everyone can take part.”

Looking Ahead

Workshops are currently held monthly, with special seasonal events and plans to expand into corporate and community programmes. “We see so much potential for team-building and wellness days with companies and groups who value connection and creativity,” Rebecca and Sophia explain.

For anyone nervous about coming along, their advice is simple: “You don’t have to be a ‘creative type.’ Just show up. We’ll provide everything you need, and you’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and hopefully inspired.”
