Uisce Éireann will carry out essential works on the water network in mid-Louth from 9pm Wednesday, 17 September to 3am Thursday, 18 September, affecting more than 5,000 customers.
Areas impacted include Blackrock, Old Dublin Road, Golf Links Road, Haggardstown, Dromiskin, Castlebellingham, and surrounding estates.
Most supplies should return within 2–3 hours once works are complete, though it may take longer for homes on higher ground. Some customers may also notice discoloured water; running the cold kitchen tap for up to 20 minutes usually clears it.
