Louth Company Wins Innovation Award at SEAI Energy Show

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland has announced Louth based Aeroseal Ireland as the winner of the Best Innovative Product at the Product of the Show Awards during the SEAI Energy Show 2026, held at the RDS.

The award winning product, Aeroseal’s Aerobarrier, is an automated airtightness sealing system designed to eliminate uncontrolled air leakage in both new build and retrofit projects.

The annual Energy Show attracted thousands of visitors and is regarded as Ireland’s leading business to business event for sustainable energy technologies and services. The Product of the Show Awards highlight innovative and energy efficient solutions presented by exhibitors.

Overall winner of the event was Harold Engineering, recognised for its Ingersoll Rand regulated speed compressor, which delivers energy savings through advanced motor efficiency, integrated heat recovery and scalable upgrades.

Other award winners showcased a wide range of solutions across energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainable materials and digital energy services.

Commenting on the awards, William Walsh, CEO of SEAI, said:

“SEAI’s Product of the Show Awards recognise the technologies and services that are turning Ireland’s energy ambitions into practical, real-world solutions. I want to commend all of our awardees for their role in helping to decarbonise Ireland.

Alan Dillon, who presented the awards, added:

“Innovation will be critical to achieving Ireland’s climate and energy targets. The products and services recognised at the SEAI Energy Show 2026 highlight how Irish and international companies are responding with solutions that are efficient, sustainable and ready to deploy today.”
