Drogheda Specsavers team win top award for customer service

The Specsavers Drogheda team, led by Connie Scully and Aaron Reay, have been awarded The Dame Mary Perkins award for their exceptional customer service.

Topping the leader board, the Drogheda team’s passion for customer care and development is second to none. From the continuous flurry of customer reviews to the ongoing patient referrals, they won’t stop there.

Dedicating themselves to continuous development and training, not only as an audiology team but to the wider Specsavers Drogheda team. But that’s not all, they have weekly calls to ensure service excellence, and no suggestion is missed.

“Caring for our customers is at the heart of what Specsavers is all about and the winners of this award are shining examples of how our colleagues do that every day. Congratulations to all of them,” says Dame Mary Perkins, the billionaire British entrepreneur who founded the optical and audiology business Specsavers with her husband Doug.

Connie and Aaron say they are extremely proud of each member of the team for winning this prestigious award.
