Drogheda Pride 2026: Set for Weekend of Celebration

Drogheda Pride 2026 has announced a packed programme of events taking place on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20, bringing together live entertainment, community spirit and a colourful celebration of LGBTQ+ pride in the heart of Drogheda.

The weekend will begin on Friday, June 19, with the official Pride Pre-Party at The Barrel Room. Doors will open at 8pm, with the show getting underway at 9pm.

The line-up includes comedy performances from David McSavage and Therese Cahill, live music from Tara Dignam and drag performances by Ryo and FannySplit McGee. Tickets are priced at €12 and are available through Eventbrite.

The annual Drogheda Pride Parade will take place on Saturday, June 20, starting at 12pm from King Street Car Park.

The parade is expected to attract members of the LGBTQ+ community, allies, local groups, families and supporters from across the region as they come together to celebrate diversity, inclusion and equality.

Celebrations will continue on Saturday evening with the Drogheda Pride Main Event at The Barrel Room. Doors will open at 8pm, with showtime at 9pm.

Headlining the event will be Tailor Maid Colby, with support from Bon Bon, AIDXN G and Avatar Guille. Organisers say the Main Event promises a fantastic night of live entertainment and Pride celebrations to round off the weekend.

Drogheda Pride continues to grow each year, providing an important opportunity to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community while creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.

The festival is supported by the Night Time Economy Adviser for Drogheda, Louth County Council, Ireland’s Ancient East, Visit Louth, the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, Love Drogheda, Purple Flag and Great Nights Louth.
