Entries are now open for the 2024 Drogheda Credit Union Art Competition which this year takes as its theme ‘The Joys of Life’.
This year’s theme gives participants the opportunity to share what brings them joy and happiness. Celebrating life’s simple pleasures and treasured moments through the likes of beautiful sunsets, sharing laughter with friends, or spending time with loved ones, the theme encourages participants to highlight their precious memories.
The competition is free to enter and there are two overall categories – General Category & Additional Needs Category – with the following age groups in each category:
- 7 years and under
- 8 – 10 years inclusive
- 11 – 13 years inclusive
- 14 – 17 years inclusive
- 18 years and over (Adult).
Participants must be under the age limit applying as of December 31st, 2024.

Entry forms are available to download online from droghedacu.ie. The closing date to submit finished entries is Friday, 11th October 2024.
