If they were laid end to end, the number of LEGO bricks sold in a year would reach more than five times round the world. That’s a lot of bricks and there are millions of people around the world playing with them at any one time.
On Saturday next, 20th January from 11am-4pm LEGO enthusiasts in Drogheda are being invited along to Drogheda Library when they can get their hands on thousands of LEGO bricks and have their say about the future of Drogheda.
Suitable for age 7+ and funded by Creative Ireland, this workshop will be facilitated by professional LEGO Brick Artist Jessica Farrell.
No booking required. Activities will run continuously during the day on a first-come-first-served basis.
LEGO brick activities use small parts which are not suitable for children under 4 years of age. For this reason, children under 4 are not allowed to sit at the table activities, even if they are not actively participating.
