Louth is celebrating another major Lotto win after an online player from the county scooped a life-changing €7,129,505 in Saturday night’s (October 18th) draw.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased online on Friday, 17th October, and the lucky player becomes Ireland’s 8th Lotto jackpot winner of 2025 — and the second from Louth this year.
The winning numbers were 6, 13, 14, 27, 35, 44 and the Bonus number 47.
The National Lottery confirmed that a notification and email have been sent to the winner, who is now being urged to contact the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or claims@lottery.ie to arrange collection.
This latest win adds to a growing list of lucky Lotto successes for the Wee County, with Louth now among the most successful counties for jackpot wins in recent years.
In total, over 90,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws on Saturday night.
Nearly 30 cent of every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in communities nationwide. Since its launch 37 years ago, the National Lottery has raised more than €6.5 billion for sports, youth, health, education, arts, and heritage projects across Ireland.
