The Boyne Greenway is a 4.5km walking and cycling path that follows the River Boyne from Dominic’s Park in Drogheda to the Battle of the Boyne Visitor Centre at Oldbridge.
This scenic route features riverside boardwalks and heritage signs with information on Irish mythology. From the Oldbridge Estate, you can also enjoy several self-guided walks through the parkland.
Future plans aim to extend the greenway further, connecting Navan to Oldbridge Estate. This expansion will create a pathway adjacent to major attractions, including the Battle of the Boyne site and the UNESCO World Heritage site at Brú na Bóinne.
