The event will serve the LGBTQ+ community from the region and beyond and will address the topics of mental health, wellbeing, safety, coping mechanisms, resilience and more in relation to the LGBTQ+ community.
Panels featuring Rebecca Tallon De Havilland, Dil Wickremasinghe, Bairbre Kelly, Dan McGlynn and more will discuss the challenges and issues facing the LGBTQ+ community on mental health and offer actionable advice on improving mental health in the community while the ever-charming Brendan Courtney will guide all in attendance as emcee.

The day will begin with coffee and a short networking session before handing over to some of our panellists for an informative discussion on mental health in Ireland and more specifically in our LGBTQ+ communities.
After a short lunch (which is provided free of charge) the day will move on to a more practical information session with Dan Glynn leading a talk and workshop where looking at how our physical, mental and emotional fitness can bring us to living a more fulfilled life.
The event is free of charge and is produced thanks to funding from The Community Foundation of Ireland and Bank of Ireland’s Begin Together Fund and Louth County Council. Although free to attend, the organisers ask for people to register in advance by visiting www.eventbrite.ie
