Loving Life Choir give an impromptu performance at Peter’s Hill Plaza

The sound of children singing brings joy to Saturday morning shoppers

Fair play to the girls and boys of Drogheda’s award-winning loving Life Choir.

While everyone else was sharing their opinion of the new installation at Peter’s Hill Plaza and giving out about it on social media, they got on with using the new facility as a community resource.

Yesterday morning they assembled at the new open space at the top of Peter Street and gave an impromptu performance of an anti-bullying song they are rehearsing called ‘I Have A Voice’.

As their beautiful singing resounded around the surrounding streets it gave passers by  a glimpse into what we can expect in the future in this new part of town.

Hopefully the new space will be the scene of many a performance in the weeks, months and years ahead but the Living Life Choir will always be remembered as the first

They plan to record this song in a professional recording studio and release it later this year.

Congratulations to all concerned…
