Vicky Phelan Portrait Campaign and Tour coming to Barbican Centre

The Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre is bringing The Vicky Phelan Portrait Campaign and Tour to the Barbican Centre, Drogheda.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to view the portrait which depicts the story of one woman’s courage, resilience, determination, and love. 

Vicky continues to inspire and encourage women and men across Ireland, and this is a great opportunity to bring that story to a local audience.

The GKCSC also aim to raise awareness of the importance of having a voice in your health care and advocating for others who may be undergoing treatment.

The unveiling of the portrait and panel discussion on Friday the 26th of May 2023 at 7pm, please see invitation below.

Doors open at 6.00pm and the presentation by David Brennan, owner of the portrait and lifelong friend of Vicky’s, is at 7.00 pm sharp.

Guest Speaker: John Wall, Cancer Awareness Advocate

If you are unable to attend, the Portrait will also be available for viewing, on Saturday the 27th of May from 10.30am – 1pm, with a presentation of the portrait story by David Brennan at 11am.
