Section 75 Roads Act, 1993
(Roads Regulations 1994)
Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close;
West street (R900) & Dyer Street (LP1676) Drogheda Co Louth in order for AHU structural works on Penny’s stores roof.
The extent of the road closure will be from:
Dyer St LP1676 will be closed from its junction with Shop Street (R900) to its junction with Haymarket Bridge.
West St R900 will be closed from its junction with Stockwell Lane (LT16762) to its junction with Shop St (R900).
The road closure will take place on the morning of Sunday 16th April.
Any person who wishes to object to any of the closures should lodge an objection in writing (envelope clearly marked “Road Closure Objection”) to the undersigned not later than 5.00pm Thursday 6th April 2023.
