Section 75 Roads Act, 1993
(Roads Regulations 1994)
Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close;
Railway Terrace/McGraths Bridge to vehicular traffic to facilitate the completion of ground investigations for the DART+ Coastal Project.
The extent of the road closure will be from south of McGraths Bridge to McGraths Lane.
The road closure will take place for a duration of not more than one week combined in the period from 7.00am Monday 23rd January to 6:30pm on Friday 27th January 2023.
Any person who wishes to object to any of the closures should lodge an objection in writing (envelope clearly marked “Road Closure objection”) to the undersigned not later than 4 pm on Friday 6th January 2023.
