Back in March the Stameen Residents’ Association hosted a falconry display in their estate by Brian Mc Cann of Newgrange Falconry to raise funds for the Drogheda Branch of the Irish Red Cross for their Ukranian Emergency Fund.
The day was a great success with residents and others gathering on the green at Stameed to admire the beautiful birds, including a magnificent golden eagle, being displayed by Brian. Just as important, the event was a financial success also with €2,150 raised.
