Phase 2 Non-statutory Public Consultation on Route Options
Louth County Council wishes to invite members of the public to participate in the non-statutory Public Consultation on the Route Options for the upgrade of part of the R178 Cavan to Dundalk Strategic Regional Road between the townlands of Castlering and Mullaboy.
This consultation period will run from Monday 6th October 2025 to Friday 31st October 2025.

An in-person consultation event, where the public can meet with the Project Team, will be held at St Brides GAA Club, Knockbridge, Co. Louth, A91 Y436, on Wednesday, 15th October 2025 from 3pm to 7pm.
