Boomerang Youth Service and Café have been allocated a Flag Day by An Garda Siochana for this Friday, February 11th, 2022 and are seeking the support of the Drogheda public.
“We are very excited about our flag day – our first fundraising event since Covid 19” said a spokesperson.
“Boomerang Youth Service is a non-profit organisation and a registered charity, so fundraising is very important in maintaining and developing our service.
“All proceeds raised on the day go towards the ongoing delivery of services and programmes in Boomerang and helps them to keep their doors open.
“We greatly depend on the generosity and goodwill of the people of Drogheda in donating to our service and the amazing support we receive from the business sector of the town.
“All of our collector’s will carry Boomerang I.D. and a Garda Permit. We will be collecting on the town and in various locations between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm only.”
