Osborne Marks 10 Years in Drogheda – A Decade of Recruitment Excellence in the North-East

Osborne is proudly celebrating ten years in Drogheda, marking a decade of recruitment excellence and community impact across the North-East.

First opening its doors in Bryanstown, Drogheda in 2015, Osborne has since become a cornerstone of recruitment and talent solutions in the region — supporting local businesses and helping candidates to thrive in their careers.

Since opening, the Drogheda office has worked with over 600 clients and registered more than 8,000 candidates locally. What began as a team of six has now grown to over 20 staff, spanning recruitment, commercial development, finance and marketing, supported by Osborne’s wider network of 11 offices in Ireland and North America.

Osborne’s success in Drogheda has been driven by a focus on quality, client satisfaction and deep market expertise. Beyond recruitment, the team has contributed to the community through career-readiness workshops in schools, partnerships with regional business groups, and support for mental health and wellbeing initiatives.

Osborne CEO and Owner Shóna McManus said the company’s success has always been about people. “The last decade of success would not have been possible without the incredible passion and commitment of our Drogheda recruitment team and that of our clients and candidates in the North-East region. Looking ahead in Drogheda, Osborne is committed to further growth and investment in the region, delivering talent and recruitment solutions for businesses and supporting jobs and people’s careers locally.”

To mark the milestone, Osborne hosted a special celebration at its Drogheda office, joined by Drogheda Lord Mayor Michelle Hall, Drogheda & District Chamber CEO Hubert Murphy, and The Mill Enterprise Centre CEO Ronan Whitty.

Mayor Hall said it was “incredible to see the growth and development of the Osborne Drogheda office in the past 10 years spearheaded by Shóna supporting the local region.” Hubert Murphy, CEO of Drogheda & District Chamber, added that “it is refreshing to see an organisation show consistent growth in the region while showing nationwide and international development.”

As a mission-driven SME, Osborne continues to expand its footprint while staying true to its purpose: changing lives through getting the right people to the right jobs.
