Last Thursday was a special and very colourful day in the Louth Hospitals as staff gathered together to celebrate their diverse and inclusive workplace.
“This was an opportunity to demonstrate a set of values that are organised under the acronym PRIDE, which stands for Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Diversity and Excellence” said a spokesperson.
“These values run throughout our organisation and we hope that all staff enjoyed being part of the celebrations.
On the day there were a variety of speakers sharing information and education on LGBTQ+ and invited guests from both our community, Hospital Group and academic partners.
