The development of 2 no. Infill Residential dwelling units at Clontygora, Muirhevnamore, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
SITE NOTICE
Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the development of 2 no. Infill Residential dwelling units at Clontygora, Muirhevnamore, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
The development will comprise the following;
Site (0.1679 ha)
- 2 no. 4-bedroom single-storey dwellings
- 1 no. ESB Substation to facilitate possible future development (said development subject to proper planning) to lands to the south if and when required
- All associated landscaping and ancillary/site development works
Louth County Council has carried out a screening of the proposed development to assess, in view of best scientific knowledge, if the development, individually or in combination with other plans or projects, would be likely to have a significant effect on a European site. Accordingly, Louth County Council has determined that the proposed development would not be likely to have a significant effect on a European site.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development may be inspected or purchased, at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, from Wednesday 18th January 2023 until Wednesday 15th February 2023 (inclusive) at the offices of Louth County Council between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) at both Louth County Council, Town Hall, Crowe Street, Townparks, Dundalk, Co Louth, A91 W20C and Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, Saint Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, Co Louth, A91 KFW6 and also at www.louthcoco.ie.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, clearly marked “Part 8 – Clontygora, Dundalk” may be made in writing to the undersigned at either Louth County Council, Town Hall, Crowe Street, Townparks, Dundalk, Co Louth, A91 W20C or Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, Saint Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, Co Louth, A91 KFW6 or by email to Clontygora@louthcoco.ie before 5.00pm on Thursday 2nd March 2023.
