Drogheda LGBTQ Support Group are hoping to empower themselves with a “Positive Mindset” workshop from Empowerment Specialist Nicola Connolly-Byrne.
Some of the topics covered on the night will be:
- What we do when we get stuck in our story?
- Values and boundaries.
- Self Confidence and where it actually comes from.
- Learning how to love yourself first.
They will will also look at ways in which we do this incorrectly.
