HOUSING (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 2014 – Section 15 (1)

 

To:  The Tenant/s of No. 3 Aisling Crescent, Dundalk Co Louth, A91KWF6

Louth County Council has reason to believe that the dwelling situate at No. 3 Aisling Crescent, Dundalk Co. Louth, which was let to you under section 58 of the Housing Act 1966 by Tenancy Agreement dated 06/07/2016 is unoccupied and that your household does not intend to occupy the said dwelling as its normal place of residence. 

YOU ARE REQUIRED to inform Louth County Council in writing within 4 weeks of the date of service of this Notice if your household intends to occupy the dwelling as its normal place of residence. 

YOU ARE ADVISED that if at the end of the 4 week period from the date of service of this Notice you do not inform Louth County Council in writing of your household’s intention to occupy the said dwelling as your normal place of residence and if it appears to Louth County Council at the end of that 4 week period that the dwelling is unoccupied and that your household does not intend to occupy it as its normal place of residence, Louth County Council will serve a further notice on you bringing the tenancy agreement in respect of the said dwelling to an end with immediate effect.
