To mark its annual Relationship Health Month this February, The Couple Therapy Centre by Relationship Care is offering free Relationship Health Check appointments to individuals and couples who book during the month.
With Valentine’s Day often bringing relationship issues into sharper focus, Relationship Care is encouraging people to use February as an opportunity to look beyond traditional romantic gestures such as flowers or chocolates and instead invest in something with long lasting benefits, relationship health.
The Relationship Health Check is a supportive consultation provided by experienced relationship professionals at The Couple Therapy Centre. It is designed to help people reflect on how their relationships are functioning, whether they are thriving, experiencing challenges or navigating change.
The free Relationship Health Check is open to everyone, whether single, dating, in a relationship or attending on their own. Sessions explore areas including communication, conflict, intimacy, parenting challenges and other life pressures, without the need to wait until difficulties escalate into a crisis. The check also helps determine whether relationship counselling may be a suitable next step to support relationship health and overall wellbeing.
