The Drogheda Pride festival 2023 looks set to be the biggest and best yet with five days of events for all the community to enjoy and celebrate diversity.
The programme will be officially launched this Saturday morning, June 3, from 10 o’clock at the Scotch Hall Cottage Market where there will be a Pride Shop with all the information you need.
The provisional line-up for Drogheda Pride 2023 is as follows:
Wednesday 19th of July – Youth Pride in Boomerang Youth cafe with Rock and roll bingo from 3 to 5pm
Thursday 20th of July – Parent Support Education talk by psychotherapist and LGBTQ mental health Specialist, James Byrne.
Friday 21st of July
- Official opening of Drogheda Pride at Millmount Museum 12noon.
- Youth Pride in Boomerang Youth cafe LGBTQI music gig 5pm to 8pm
- Extravaganza Show Time in McHughs Venue Drogheda, hosted by Phil T Gorgeous.
- Extravaganza Show by Local Drag Queens
- Headlined by Fuzz Gigolo and supporting act The Brother Bobby
Saturday 22nd July
- Drogheda Pride Parade starting King Street Car Park 12noon
- Parade after party in McHughs Venue with Kobrah Kage 80s 90s afternoon T – Free admission
- Saturday night show With Blue Hydrangea and special guests hosted by Phil T Gorgeous
Sunday 23rd July
- Pride Breakfast at The Bare Food Company 10am to 11.30am
- Family Fun Day at Old Abbey 12 to 3pm
- ABBA and Madonna tribute act in McHughs venue @ 8pm
