Both organisations, embedded in Drogheda, are looking forward to developing ideas and creative ways to introduce the arts through the Credit Union’s Money Club programme, and providing wider access to the arts throughout the community.

“Drogheda Credit Union’s community-based focus is very closely aligned with the Droichead Arts Centre” said Drogheda Credit Union CEO, Tom Kiely.

“We are delighted to support this cherished organisation and work with Droichead over the coming year.”

Droichead Arts Centre Director Collette Farrell, said “We know the difference the arts can make to people’s lives.  That’s why we want to extend experiences of the arts to as many people as possible within our communities.

“We want the arts in Droichead to be of, by and for the people of Drogheda, East Meath and Louth. Our partnership with Drogheda Credit Union will enable us to make this happen and imagine and develop new ways for participation”.
