Clogherhead Round the Head Swim returns

The 2.5K Clogherhead Round the Head Swim returns after a two year absence on Saturday the second of July at 12.00 starting from the RNLI lifeboat station in Clogherhead, round the head to the slipway at the harbour.

The event organisers, Drogheda Triathlon Club, say they are expecting about 100 swimmers from all over the country, Cork, Tipperary, Waterford, Carlow, Kildare, Cavan, Meath, Armagh, Antrim, Tyrone, Louth and Dublin to take part.

They also have their “Green Buoy” 1 K swim and it is also attracting big numbers. The swimming community like many others have missed the opportunity to compete and meet up over the past two years.
