Drogheda and District Chamber hosted its inaugural Presidents Lunch at the resplendent Marcy Hotel. The sold-out event celebrated the true positivity that will serve the town well as it looks to a prosperous future.
Hosted by President, Miriam Simon, the day included a fireside chat with Edward McCloskey, EY Entrepreneur of the Year and founder of world leading firm, WaterWipes, Shona McManus, owner and CEO at Osborne recruitment and David Conway, CE at Louth County Council.
They spoke about the various elements that make up successful business models, with values, solid teams and ambition high on the list. The event included a raffle and auction for Chamber member, NECRET, with a number of wonderful prizes donated by members of the wider business community.

M1 Drogheda Chamber Skillnet were proud sponsors of the day. “On behalf of the president, the entire team and chamber council, we must thank all those that got behind the day from the very start,” Chamber CEO, Hubert Murphy, stated.
