Following the inaugural competition in 2023, Boyne Hockey is once again hosting an indoor tournament on this Sunday 10 November at Gormanston College from 9:30am – 5pm.
Girls and Boys representing Boyne will face the challenge of competing against some of the finest players from across the province in what is likely to be a fast-paced and dramatic day of indoor sport.
Each team will play a series of short matches with the highest scoring teams qualifying for semi-finals and finals with the overall winners being crowned on the day.
Janell Callan, Club President said “This is a great event for the club and its players. For audiences interested in supporting, matches will happen across multiple courts, giving a chance to experience all the drama. We’re delighted to be in a position to host this exciting event and are grateful to those who have made it happen“.
Boyne Indoor Hockey Tournament is in association with Leinster Hockey and sponsored by Quintana International, Blue Steel, Six-two Digital and City North Hotel.
Boyne Hockey receives grant funding from Louth County Council and Meath County Council and has annual sponsorship from Irish Cement, Landy Muldoon, Hibernia Steel, Hayes & Associates.
