LOUTH COUNTY COUNCIL – TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROAD
Section 75 Roads Act, 1993
(Roads Regulations 1994)
Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close the Rock Road, Blackrock, between Rock Road from Sandy Lane to the junction off the R172 to vehicular traffic to facilitate Irish Water constructing a new water main.
The extent of the road closure will be from the junction of Sandy Lane to the junction off the R172. The road closure will be from 8.00hrs on Tuesday 12th February 2024 to 17.00hrs on Friday 26th April 2024.
Local access will be maintained at all times.
Diversions for traffic will be via R172 Sea Road and Sandy Lane.
Any person who wishes to object to any of the closures should lodge an objection in writing (envelope clearly marked “Road Closure objection”) to the undersigned not later than 12 noon on 2nd February 2024.
