Drogheda Motor Show returns with new town centre location

The Drogheda Motor Show is back for 2026 and this year it is moving to an exciting new town centre location beside the Old Abbey at Dominic Street Car Park.

Taking place on Saturday, June 13 from 10am to 4pm, the free family event will once again bring together some of the biggest names in the motor industry, giving visitors the chance to explore more than 100 brand new 262 cars and vans all in one place.

Whether you are thinking about upgrading the family car, making the switch to electric, looking for a commercial vehicle or simply enjoy cars, the show promises something for everyone.

This year’s event will feature vehicles from 20 leading brands through nine local franchised dealers:

• Brian Reynolds Car Sales
• Colm Quinn BMW
• Frank Keane Drogheda
• Jack Doran Motors
• Malones Toyota Drogheda
• Smiths of Drogheda
• Western Motors Drogheda
• Windsor Drogheda Peugeot

Organisers have also promised new attractions and additions for this year’s show, with more details set to be announced in the coming weeks.

Alongside the vehicles, visitors can also enjoy live entertainment, music, dancing, face painting, arts and crafts throughout the day, making it a great day out for families.

The show is organised by Drogheda’s local franchised motor dealers with support from First Citizen Finance, the Society of the Irish Motor Industry, Drogheda and District Chamber and LHK Group.

Road safety will also remain a key focus on the day, with support from Louth County Council, An Garda Síochána and the Road Safety Authority.

Admission is free and all are welcome.
