Applications are now open for craft and design businesses from County Meath to take part in Local Enterprise Showcase 2027 at the RDS in Dublin.
The event will run from January 17 to 19 and is regarded as one of Ireland’s leading trade opportunities for emerging craft and design businesses.
More than 100 companies from across the country will take part, with the chance to meet buyers from Ireland and overseas including the UK, USA, mainland Europe, Asia and Africa.
Local Enterprise Showcase is organised by the Local Enterprise Offices and forms part of Showcase, one of the biggest events in the international craft and design calendar.
Businesses selected to take part receive mentoring and support ahead of the event, including guidance on merchandising, marketing, pricing and sales techniques.
The event generates millions of euro in sales orders every year and has helped many businesses secure stockists, enter export markets and build long term commercial relationships.
Local Enterprise Office Meath is encouraging eligible craft and design businesses interested in expanding their customer base and exploring new markets to apply.
Selection is competitive and based on factors including product quality, design originality, production capacity, pricing and market readiness.

Showcase 2027 is presented on behalf of Design & Crafts Council Ireland, with support from Enterprise Ireland and Local Enterprise Offices nationwide.
