Drogheda player wins over €63,000 in EuroMillions draw

A local Lotto player is celebrating after winning €63,328 in last Friday night’s EuroMillions draw.

The Quick Pick ticket was bought on the day of the draw at the Eurospar shop on Bredin Street, with the lucky player matching five numbers.

The winning numbers on Friday, April 10 were 10, 13, 14, 38 and 41, with Lucky Stars 6 and 9.

The National Lottery has advised the winner to sign the back of the ticket and keep it safe. They should then contact the Prize Claims Team on 1800 666222 or email claims@lottery.ie to arrange collection of the prize at Lotto headquarters in Dublin.

A Lottery spokesperson said: “Friday night’s draw saw over 57,000 players nationwide with prizes across the EuroMillions and Plus draws including the Louth player who matched five numbers.

“As there was no winner of the €105,836,575 jackpot on offer, Tuesday’s Jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €115 million.”

The National Lottery also noted that nearly 30 cent of every euro spent goes towards good causes, with more than €6 billion raised since the Lotto began 39 years ago.
