An Post is urging customers to check the final posting dates for Christmas cards and parcels, with deadlines for the USA and the rest of the world fast approaching. Anyone sending gifts or greetings overseas is advised to act quickly, as some cut-off dates are now just days away.
The first major deadline is Thursday, December 4th, covering standard letters and parcels bound for Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and parcels to the USA. An Post is encouraging customers to post early to avoid disappointment and ensure deliveries arrive in time for Christmas Day.
This year, An Post is also offering its biggest-ever discounts on Christmas stamp booklets:
- 15 national stamps for €20 (save €4.75)
- 5 international stamps for €13.25
Both booklets can be purchased together for €30, giving customers an €8 saving.
