Drogheda LGBTQ Pride will open a Pop up shop/information centre in Drogheda town centre next Saturday, 17th of July from 9 am to 6pm.
The aim of the shop is to provide the community with lots of information around Pride in the community and to sell some pride merchandise to raise funds for the Drogheda LGBTQ Support Group.
Drogheda LGBTQ Support Group was established in 2015 by Peter James Nugent and runs a weekly support every Thursday evening 7pm in the Barbican Centre.
Everything from a cuppa tea and a chat to support and link professional services such as suicide awareness, mental health wellbeing and sexual health information.
Drogheda LGBTQ Support is also a fun, empowering and positive, non-judgemental group that organises many day trips, educational workshops and events throughout the year.
