40 roles to be created over three years as company looks to significantly expand its presence in Ireland
California based IT service management company ITRenew has announced that it is to establish its Irish Headquarters and Logistics Centre in Drogheda creating 40 new jobs in the process.
Minister for Business, Employment and Retail Damien English TD said, “It is fantastic news for the North-East…The company’s expansion in Ireland speaks highly of our continued success at attracting foreign investment, particularly within the tech industry.
“The North-East offers a wealth of talented people and local resources which will allow the company to thrive in the years ahead, and I wish the ITRenew team the very best with their future innovative endeavours.”

“The roles we’re creating will be highly skilled, ranging from operators to process engineers, with responsibility for data sanitization, component recovery, and responsible recycling.”
Local TD, Fergus O’Dowd, has warmly welcomed the news by saying: “This significant announcement shows that Drogheda is a very attractive location for inward investment and has a wealth of highly skilled and talented workers.
Deputy O’Dowd revealed that the 40 new roles will be created over three years.
“ITRenew is already a global leader in circular cloud and sustainable data centre infrastructure” he said, adding that the new roles will “focus on providing financial opportunities for their EU customers.
“This follows on from the IDA’s recent acquisition of a new 40-acre site in North Drogheda which will house the new Advanced Building Solution for the town, the ongoing significant AWS (Amazon Web Services) investment and the progression of the Geiran Report Implementation Plan.
“Big things are happening in Drogheda” O’Dowd added, “and I would like to welcome the ITRenew team to our town and look forward to their expansion.”
