Divas, Dudes and Drama Queens at the Droichead

Drogheda Creative Writers are to make their debut on the Droichead Arts Centre stage to showcase the work of both long time and more recent members on Saturday, February 26th at 3:00 PM.

This is a free event, hosted by the multi-talented Dani Gill, who is the Literary Audience Development Officer for Droichead Art Centre.

Dani is a published poet and writes reviews/occasional features for the Irish Times, as well as being a curator, producer, and educator, based in the West of Ireland.

Drogheda Creative Writers continued to meet throughout the challenging months of the pandemic, with both their writing and friendships growing stronger as a result.

They invite you to treat yourself to an afternoon with a difference! Come relax and enjoy the readings of local writers, including Roger Hudson, Brian Quinn, Emer Davis, and Marian Clarke.

DCW would like to thank Dani and Collette Farrell (Director at Droichead Arts) for their support in providing us with a platform to showcase our work.

This is a free event, but booking is essential at  www.droichead.com  or 041 9833 946.
