Just ten days to until tenth Duleek 10K — register now

The tenth Duleek Cystic Fibrosis 10K Remembrance Run/Walk takes place in ten days’ time on April 24 and the organisers are hoping for the best turnout ever.

In the ten years since it was initiated in 2012 to remember and celebrate the lives of cousins Cathy O’Brien and Kelley Noone and all friends and families touched by Cystic Fibrosis (CF), the event has raised almost €200,000.

The aim of the event is to increase public awareness about CF and to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and the wonderful services they provide.

The virtual runs of the past two years reached an amazing €50,000.  We are so happy to have continued the momentum.

“We are extremely grateful to all our family, friends, our community of Duleek, the local Athletic Clubs and indeed all the clubs and groups around the country who have continuously supported Cystic Fibrosis Ireland” said one of the event organisers, Ann Noone.

“Of course without the participants there would be no run so we need your help more than ever to make this a very special tenth Run/Walk.

“Please join us in celebrating and remembering our beautiful CF loved ones.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at the Village Green where warm-up starts @ 1:30pm

“We want you to enjoy the party atmosphere on the day with Music by Drogheda’s own terrific Gaz Reay.

“Feast on the delicious burgers, sandwiches, cakes & goodies all donated by our very generous sponsors.”

Share this event on Facebook and Twitter. We hope you can make it. Best of luck & stay safe from all the Duleek CF 10K team.

You can register to take part at the Duleek 10K Eventbrite Page
