From Sydney to Lagos, Offica and the A92 collective bring the music home

Since they burst onto the scene three years ago, the Drogheda drill collective A92, all of them past pupils of St. Oliver’s Community College, have made a huge impression locally and internationally and the accolades keep rolling in.

Following a successful series of international shows in Sydney, Australia and a special homecoming in Lagos, Nigeria, their “Hokage” Tour is now primed to captivate audiences across Ireland.

Launching at Limelight 2 in Belfast, followed by Cyprus Avenue in Cork, and culminating at Dublin’s Button Factory, this tour promises an electrifying experience backed by Offica’s collective, A92. Comprising talents like BT, Nikz, K-Sav, Andre Fazaz, Dbo, and Kebz, A92 joins Offica in this musical odyssey.

The Hokage Tour isn’t just a concert—it’s a dynamic immersion into sound, art, and identity, solidifying Offica’s standing as a trailblazer in the Rap and drill scene.

‘Hokage in Drogheda’ embodies Offica’s ‘classic’ rap essence, delving into life in Ireland. Conversely, ‘Hokage in Lagos,’ featuring a collaboration with Odumodublvck, embraces an Afrobeats-driven rhythm, interweaving samples from Afrobeats icons like Wizkid, D’banj, and Psquare into Offica’s sonic tapestry.

From the groundbreaking ‘Naruto Drillings’ to a series of chart-topping singles and freestyles that redefine Irish rap, Offica’s journey has been one of record-breaking achievements. His ability to seamlessly fuse Irish and Yoruba slang in his lyrics offers a unique lens into his cultural identity, transcending borders with authenticity at its core.

Despite the absence of a full-length project, Offica continues to make waves with unforgettable freestyles for Kenny Allstar and Charlie Sloth, collaborations with YouTube sensation KSI, and an unparalleled streaming record in UK Drill freestyle with A92 x Fumez the Engineer’s ‘Plugged In’ (exceeding 120 million streams) and further 80 million streams across his catalogue.

Tickets for Offica’s UK and Ireland tour will be available starting this Friday, 1st December 2023 at 10:00 am.
