Louth Lotto players urged to check their tickets from Wednesday night’s draw
Somebody in County Louth had a Valentine’s Day to remember on Wednesday as they have won over three and a half million Euros in Wednesday night’s draw.
The identity of the winner is not known yet but the National Lottery says the location of the store where they bought their lucky ticket will be revealed tomorrow, Friday 16th February.
The winning numbers in the Wednesday 14th February draw were: 01, 05, 10, 15, 44, 47 and the bonus was 45 and the message is, it could be you, but only if you bought a ticket!
“Lotto players in Louth are now being urged to check their tickets carefully for last night’s draw as one player now has a ticket worth a life-changing amount” said the Lotto company in a press release this morning.
“Wednesday’s jackpot winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to keep it safe. They should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their €3.5 million prize.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: “It might be known as the Wee County but the celebrations are certain to be huge this week in Louth with a Lotto player bagging themselves over €3.5 million in Wednesday night’s draw.
“The midweek multi-millionaire has officially taken the title of 2nd Lotto jackpot winner of 2024 as well as the 5th National Lottery millionaire of the year to date. We are encouraging all of our players who purchased their tickets in Louth to carefully check their tickets today as one player has a prize worth €3,523,021 waiting for them.”
“The first thing the jackpot winner should do is the sign the back of their ticket and then make contact with our prize claims team who will make arrangements for Ireland’s newest millionaire to visit Lotto HQ to collect their life-changing prize.”
