Irish Water have this evening issued a statement warning of possible water outages in parts of Drogheda starting tomorrow morning.
Essential works to replace a valve on a watermain in Drogheda may result in supply interruptions between 8.30am and 5.00pm tomorrow, Wednesday 9 January for customers in parts of Drogheda.
Irish Water and Louth County Council are carrying out essential works to replace a valve on a watermain which may result in supply interruptions between 8.30am and 5.00pm on Wednesday January 9.
The following areas will be affected; College Rise; Mount Sandford; Beaulieu View; Harmony Heights; Termonfeckin Road ( From Viaduct Bridge to entrance Termonabbey) and the Cairns Dublin Road.

During the planned works the supply to these areas will be impacted by reduced pressure and water outages. These works are essential to improve existing water pressure issues experienced by the communities impacted.
