The Boyne Valley Viking Experience rolls in to The Irish Military War Museum at Starínagh, near Collon, for the weekend of October 2/3.

The inaugural Boyne Valley Viking Experience takes on Saturday October 2^nd from 10.30 am to 5pm and Sunday October 3^rd from 10.30 am to 4 pm.

Join in the fun and immerse yourself in Viking life with living history, Viking age traders and craft work displays, warriors in battle, long ship display, music and much more.

You can also to try your hand at archery and axe throwing!

The story of the Vikings will be told through living history displays, Viking age traders and crafts, warriors in battles, long ship display, music and much more.

It has all the makings of a brilliant family day out with something for everybody to enjoy.
