Ardee Town Parking Control (On Street) (Amendment) Bye-Laws 2023

The Members of the Ardee Municipal District in exercise of the powers under section 36 of the Roads Traffic Act 1994 and in the exercise of its powers under section 131A(1)(a) and paragraph 26 of Schedule 14A (inserted by section 21 (3) of the Local Government Reform Act, 2014) of the Local Government Act 2001 and all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Bye-Laws for the control and regulation of the parking of vehicles in parking places on public roads in the town of Ardee.

These Bye-laws shall come into force on 7th August, 2023.

A copy of the Ardee Town Parking Control (On Street) (Amendment) Bye-Laws 2023 is available for public inspection at the Offices of Louth County Council, County Hall, Dundalk during normal office hours.

A copy of the said Bye-Laws may be purchased on payment of the prescribed fee of €7. They can also be viewed on www.louthcoco.ie
