The Borough District of Drogheda (Casual Trading Act 1995) Draft Bye-Laws 2023

The Members of the Borough District of Drogheda, within the administrative area of Louth County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Louth County Council by Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995 and upon them by Section 131A of the Local Government Act 2001, hereby propose to make the above Bye-Laws in relation to the control, regulation, supervision and administration of casual trading in the Drogheda Borough District within the administrative area of Louth County Council. 

A copy of The Borough District of Drogheda Draft Casual Trading Bye Laws 2023 will be available for public inspection from 6^th June, 2023 to 7^th July, 2023, via Louth County Council’s Online Consultation Portal using the following link https://consult.louthcoco.ie/ and during normal office hours at:

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws may be purchased on payment of the prescribed fee of €7.
