Section 75 Roads Act, 1993

(Roads Regulations 1994)

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close DYER STREET (LP1676) Drogheda Co Louth to position a mobile crane to replace mechanical equipment on the roof of Penneys. 

The extent of the road closure will be from Shop Street (R900) to Meat Market Lane (L1601). 

The road closure will be take place for a duration of 7 hours from 4.00am to 11.00am on Sunday 12^th March 2023. 

Any person who wishes to object to any of the closures should lodge an objection in writing (envelope clearly marked “Road Closure Objection”) to the undersigned not later than 5.00pm Friday 24^th February 2023.
