As part of the incentive to encourage people to “Shop Local” over the Christmas period, Pay Parking in the urban area of Drogheda will be reduced to 0.65c per hour from 1^st December 2023 to 6^th January 2024.

This reduction will apply to both on-street parking and the car parks managed by Louth County Council and will be clearly displayed on the pay parking machines.

Charges at the Long-Term car parks, Donore Road Car Park, Trinity Street Car Park, Windmill Road, North Strand and Dublin Road will remain unchanged.
